STEPS:
1- Login to Blogger.
2- Click on design.
3- Click on edit HTML.
4- Find <body> code in it (press ctrl + F to find) then replace with this code. <body onmousedown="return false" oncontextmenu="return false" onselectstart="return false"> 
Now your blog will disable selecting and right click. :)
